It was delivered in a timely manner and was very well packaged in a branded cardboard box which was attractively designed to protect it from damage during shipping.
The urn is durable, practical, reasonably priced, easy to use and easy to clean. It heats the water fairly quickly and holds 8.8 litres of water which is enough for 35 cups of tea or coffee.
It looks industrial and sleek, therefore looks very nice on any serving tables. It makes an excellent alternative to a kettle when serving to large groups such as in business meetings and social gatherings.
It has a lockable lid to avoid spills and a clear water level gauge for easy filling. The whole appearance is of quality and the cord is quite long.
